Sean Fitzpatrick, the Broker/Owner of CornerStone Real Estate since 1994, has been actively involved in real estate all of his life. Since his childhood, he has helped family members and friends to purchase, sell, manage and maintain their commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Sean has acted as a Principal in Hard-Money Lending since 1980. He has experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Commercial and Residential Development, Residential Property Management, Commercial and Residential Land Sales, Ranch and Agricultural Land Sales, Foreclosure Sales, Multiple Unit Apartment Sales, New Home Tract Sales and Residential Resales. He currently specializes in representing Sellers in Residential and Multiple Unit Resales.

Other related experience includes membership in and consulting for local homeowner’s associations, membership on the Board of Directors of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, acting as trustee of multiple Charitable Trusts, and acceptance by the San Luis Obispo Superior Court as an expert witness in Real Estate valuation. He has been a guest lecturer at Cal Poly State University regarding Real Estate Investment, where he attended from 1986 to 1989 to attain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a member and past president of the San Luis Obispo Kiwanis Club. He writes a monthly Real Estate column for the San Luis Obispo County Journal. He is a founding shareholder of Coast National Bank in San Luis Obispo. He has chaired or served on several fundraising committees for local charities. He is proud of winning second place in the New Times “Best of SLO County” Reader’s Poll and hopes to attain first place in the future.   Sean feels that CornerStone Real Estate may be the best office to represent you with your real estate needs.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is actively involved in vintage motor sports. He has spent over 20 years as a technical inspector, assistant technical administrator and compliance expert for vintage races at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey County, Sears Point Raceway in Sonoma County and the Coronado Speed Festival at North Island Naval Air Station in San Diego County. He collects cars, motorcycles and related paraphernalia.

The most rewarding aspect of his life is being a husband and father to his beautiful wife and daughter.
